RIETH-RILEY NAMED INDIANA ESOP COMPANY OF THE YEAR

Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. was honored as the Indiana Employee-Owned Company of the Year for 2010. Presentation of the award took place Friday, January 29 in Indianapolis at a meeting of the ESOP Association-Indiana Chapter.

In winning the award, Rieth-Riley showed exemplary standards in areas such as employee benefits and communication, financial performance, and community involvement.  Corporate Executive Vice President Brian Inniger said of the award, This award is testament to the conservative and caring values displayed by all of our Employee-Owners.  Our company culture is different because all employees have a personal stake in the company.  We are proud of our people and their commitment to the company and to their communities.  We now join a special group of employee-owned companies in accepting this recognition.

In business since 1916, Rieth-Riley is based in Goshen, Indiana.   The company operates throughout the Midwest, with asphalt, concrete, dirt and aggregate operations in these markets.  Rieth-Riley is one of the largest regional paving contractors, as well as one of the largest and most successful 100% employee-owned companies in the United States of America.
