Capabilities: While the LaPorte division of Rieth-Riley provides a wide range of heavy construction services, its specialty is asphalt paving for city, county and state agencies, as well as for private developers in the LaPorte County area. The Laporte division provides undersealing on INDOT projects for all Rieth-Riley offices and prime contractors across the state.  This is a specialty line of work that is unique to our operation. The division operates a permanent asphalt plant and does concrete construction in association with the South Bend, Indiana division. We also handle site preparation, including excavating and stone work.
