Rieth-RIley Construction Co., Inc., located in Traverse City, specializes in asphalt production and paving. Another asphalt plant is located in Manton, Michigan.  Asphalt produced at its plants is used and is sold to other area contractors.  Projects handled by the Traverse City area division include street and highway paving for municipal, county and state agencies, as well as parking lot and driveway paving for commercial developers.  The division also provides "turn key" site preparation, including earthwork, underground utilities ans sewers, concrete curb and flatwork.
