Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., a leading heavy/highway contractor, has an opening for a Concrete Paving Superintendent at our Indianapolis, Indiana Area Office.  Requirements include a minimum of 10 years hands-on management experience in civil concrete paving work with a major focus on slip form concrete paving construction.  Must have extensive knowledge of paving equipment, materials, portable concrete plant operations, and quality control assurance. Responsibilities include managing construction operations associated with form and pour, and slip form paving construction.  Superintendent will be responsible for complete organization of schedule, material purchasing, equipment needs, coordination with Quality Control Manager, portable plant operations, and management of foremen associated with concrete paving operations.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.  Must have the capability of thriving in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment.
