August 22, 2007 I just wanted to say thanks for the outstanding service. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally, starting with my initial call to the office and carrying all the way through job completion. John, Doug and the entire crew was "user friendly" and clearly took pride in their work. The little things really do matter to customers %u2013 like showing up when scheduled, communicating on a regular basis, and going the extra mile in doing the job right.
